Blooming Bath & Body operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a shopping experience (the “Services”). Blooming Bath & Body is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Product Safety and Use
Follow all product-specific directions and warnings. Avoid contact with eyes and do not ingest products unless specifically intended for ingestion. Keep products out of reach of children and pets unless expressly intended for their use. Use bath products carefully, as oils and other ingredients may make tubs, showers, or floors slippery.

Customers are responsible for following product instructions and warnings and storing products appropriately. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order where permitted by law. Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise begin processing it, as applicable.
We may cancel or limit orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, material pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide any refund required by law.
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing bloomingbathandbody@gmail.com with their order number and cancellation request.
Cancellation requests are subject to review. We cannot guarantee cancellation if an order has already entered fulfillment, been packaged for dispatch, or shipped. Requests received after the 24-hour window are not guaranteed to be accepted.
If a cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
This cancellation policy does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Purchases are also subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices may exclude shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, or import charges. Applicable charges will be displayed or handled at checkout or as otherwise required by law.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices at in-person events or third-party marketplaces. Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern to the extent of the conflict.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method, and that you will pay applicable charges, including shipping and taxes disclosed at checkout.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing time excludes weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take longer.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order ships, delivery depends on the shipping method selected and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes any obligations we have under applicable shipping, consumer-protection, or other laws.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these materials, are owned by Blooming Bath & Body, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Blooming Bath & Body is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Blooming Bath & Body.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Blooming Bath & Body, including injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
